Course
content

This learner resource is divided into seven sections.

·         Section 1 deals with the concept of leadership and how this is different to the management of functions.

·         Second 2 focuses on management and discusses how a team leader must plan, organise and carry out work tasks efficiently with a team.

·         Section 3 discusses the importance of developing individuals and teams and explains the options available for doing this.

On completion of PUATEA003B, participants will be able to:

·         identify and implement activities and processes which encourage individuals within a group to work as a team

·         identify and provide development opportunities for individuals and a team.
