Course
content

This learner resource is divided into three sections.

·         Section 1 examines how a team is different from a group and describes the developmental stages through which a group progresses before becoming a high performing team.

·         Section 2 provides an overview of the key factors which determine the effectiveness of individuals and teams in completing team as a team.

·         Section 3 discusses interpersonal skills and team communication and describes how these can influence the way a team works together.
