content |
This learner resource is divided into seven sections.
Section 1 deals with the concept of leadership and how this is different to the management of functions.
Second 2 focuses on management and discusses how a team leader must plan, organise and carry out work tasks efficiently with a team.
Section 3 discusses the importance of developing individuals and teams and explains the options available for doing this. |
