The Australasian Fire Authorities Council (AFAC) is a peak fire and emergency services industry body established by its members to collaborate on matters of international, national and regional importance. Through sharing each others extensive capabilities, experience and knowledge AFAC members expect communities will benefit from the economies of scale, reduction in duplication of effort and a stronger industry. As the national peak body, AFAC is also committed to: 1. Leadership and advocacy 2. Environmentally sustainable fire and emergency management practices 3.
