The Australasian Fire and Emergency Service Authorities Council (AFAC) is a leader in the development of learning and education in the fire and emergency service sector. Its products have been developed in consultation with AFAC member agencies which includes all Australian and New Zealand fire agencies.AFAC’s product range includes:

Training Resources Kits (TRK) for the Fire Sector Qualifications within the Public Safety Training Package.

The Workplace Emergency Response (WER) Training System for the Workplace Emergency Response Units contained within the Community Safety qualifications of the Public Safety Training Package.

Support products for the Australasian Inter-Service Incident Management System™ (AIIMS)

The Fire Brigade Intervention Model (FBIM) for use in fire engineering design and in a performance-based regulatory environment.

PLEASE NOTE: The AIIMS 4th Edition 2013 was released in May. Work is currently underway to update the Participant Guide, Training Resource Kit & Memoires to reflect AIIMS-4. It is anticpated these will be completed and available for purchase by the end of July 2013.
